Steve Renda As Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, Steve Renda brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industries to Verio. In this role, Renda leads Verio’s worldwide direct, OEM and channel sales strategy and operations, as well as the company’s business development and marketing efforts.

Prior to joining Verio, Renda served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MX Logic, where he was responsible for growing the company’s managed security services in North America, Europe and Asia. Renda also led the company through multiple product launches and established its software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery strategy and partnership programs. Renda’s background in software and managed services includes an extensive tenure at Sprint Corporation, where he developed a broad general management background including leadership roles in engineering, product development, marketing, strategic planning, finance and sales. Renda also has a strong background in corporate development, working as Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for WiFi manufacturer Vivato Networks, as well as co-founding Vistard, Inc., a start-up company that delivered wide-area broadband wireless network services.

Renda holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business and received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
